Elite Firearms [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] has done 3 Saiga-12 conversions for me and to date I'm very happy w/the quality of their work. Besides the usual cutting back the bbl & moving the fcg/trigger guard they also opened up the gas ports to compensate for the shorter bbl and completely refinished the Saigas in DuraCoat. Of the two I've fired (got one put back) both are 100% w/heavy loads but needed a break-in period to be reliable w/light loads (common w/the Saiga shotgun).
