I can also state that Tina is TERRIFIC! I had a like new AK74 kit shipped and it was "lost" by FedEx Ground. Tina took care of all the problems with FedEx and I had another kit shipped a few days later. Well, the second kit was "lost" by FedEx Ground. Tina came thru like a champ on this one too. She had me and the FedEx supervisor on the phone. Tina got FedEx to ship me the THIRD kit by FedEx Air Next Day deliver and this one arrived. Without Tina running with the ball, there is no telling how long it would have taken me to get the kit. I can't say enough about Tina's assistance; she is an asset to ORF. OK Todd, now give Tina a raise, LOL
