I remember reading a thread on another board a long time ago where a guy sold a buch of these bending jigs for a handsome amount of money, and if I'm not mistaken, didn't come through on a lot of them. Is this the same guy?
I contacted him around Christmas last year and was told a price of 250 for his jig and he was ready to take my money, too, and then I found out through some reading on various other sites that there were many people who had already sent him money and had been waiting for 4 and 5 months to get theirs. A lot of them never did get em. I am so glad I found out before I sent him my money. If he couldn't come through with his committments he should have at least sent there money back to them. As far as what happened to him, he is probably hiding under a rock. ak'sr4me
I had Waynes jig. Clearly. it was very well built, it was out of spec, poorly designed, but well built. The 555th jig, Stickermans jig and the DPH jig outclass it by a vast margin.
I think Wayne was just a very poor buisness man and had a lot of family problems, so he just decided not to confront this issue any further. I do not think he went out to shaft anyone he just seriously over estimated his abilities.

I believe you are right, he never intended too rip any one off but he over estimated his ability to make these. They also had quality control problems because he farmed out the work. I'm still waiting for one but I knew ahead of time he was already pretty backed up and falling behind on his orders when I asked him to add me on but I wanted to bend pretty bad. So I consider that my bad decision.

Bad business man or family problems considered. Come through or refund the money. Be a Man and take responsibility for your own actions!!!!!!!!! Some of you all are very forgiving. If he had my $250.00 I would send the law after him! You can bet Id get my money back, even if I had to go to court over it. Money is very hard to come by these days.
My experience with Wayne on the other sight is that he is a loud mouthed, ignorant asshole. I have never given him any money though. Considering the company he keeps I am not shocked at his business practices. Good luck, and don't cut the guy any slack. He is a big boy and knows exactly what he is doing.
