Last friday I ordered some steel from Wicks Aircraft Supply. On tuesday the package arrived at my house. I think thats pretty fast turn around especially since they had to cut the steel to length. When the box arrived it was a little squished and the 1-1/2"x.188"x24" piece of steel tube I had ordered had poked through the box and was missing. I did the online UPS damaged box form and left Wicks an email last night. This morning Wicks called asking if anything else was missing and said they would get another piece out to me right away! That is no hassle customer service at its best. I will be buying from them again.
