This is a Percussion musket it has a strange rear sight and has Crown proof marks.
anyone have a clue I cant find anything on it.

Bubba, you didn't give us much to work with, but to me it looks like it could be one of those Enfields that got bastardized from flintlock to percussion.
What hunter said- normally crown proof marks mean Enfield.
Try looking it up and see if gun broker has any listed Under Enfield black powder or any combination of such
