    Cool NFA App. returned..

Dotted the I and crossed the T...
Did not put the words "The" and "Firearms" names on my form 1 application.
This would have been the proper name for my Trust.
Even though I sent the ATF a copy of my trust. They still wanted me too correct the application.
When or if you fill out a form 1 or 4 for an NFA item. Check it twice, then check it again.
What a pain in the ass too stay legal.

Gets better. If we dont hear from you in 30 days your stamp will be denied.
If you have any questions call agent X at ext. 1234. O Tay.
"Hi. You have reached the desk of agent X at ATF HQ. where we are here to serve the public."
Hmm so far so good. I like agent X.
"I will be out of town for 1 year on special assignment. If this is any of the idiots who have applied for a stamp. Good luck." WTF over.
No kidding. Sent everything every friggen thing. Even a copy of the Trust.
Copy of my C&R, CCW. Drivers license. Gift certificate too Dunkin Doughnuts.
Did not put the words "The and Firearms" as the purchaser.
Think Jorge even filled it out for me. Only thing I filled out was my name and I screwed that up.
I can not envision owning a gun shop FFL..
I would be whipping damn guns rite through the damn window.
"Get out. I quit. Take your friggen FFL and put it where the sun dont shine."

that sucks 4th. i think the word from above is "bury them in red tape". being a FFL in commie world can't be no fun!

hey but the good news is the paperwork for that mosque in NYC went through in a flash.

i guess it helps to have millions in the banks and have lawyers flying around with bags of cash to grease the skids a little!

Sometimes it seems they go out of their way just to make it more difficult than it should be

Yes. Best part is the agent I spoke with needed a little attitude adjustment.
Guy gets an attitude because I ask a question.
"I almost started my "Hay go F#$k yourself."
There sure did not have a problem with cashing my check as soon as it hit their desk. They ran too the bank.

IIRC, the address you send the paperwork to is actually the bank for ATF, they strip out the check and then forward the rest to the NFA branch. They want their money!
