My suggestion is to take a look at the semi-auto trigger/sear set-up of the German FG-42. After all, the bolt and gas operation of the M-60 was copied from the FG-42.

Needless to say, don't accidently incorporate the full-auto part of the system into your semi-auto build.

I have a vhs from the 90s where a guy puts together one of his semi M-60 kits. You might get some help from it.I can't remember the manufacturer's name, but he was from florida. If you need it just send me $6 to cover the shipping and I'll get it out as soon as I get a chance.

    Panaceabeachbum,

I have a pile of M60 parts I would like to turn into a semi auto. May I also get a copy of the builders manual, please? Also, I saw that you had some gas tubes for sale on the M60 board about a year ago. Do you still have them? Or other parts for sale? I sent you an email some time ago to sales@thompsonmachine.net but didn't get a reply. Is this the correct one?

    Thanks,

    John

    Dunn6902,

Would it be possible to get a copy of the M60 video? If so, please let me know where to send the money.

    Thank you,

    John

    Dunn6902,

Thanks for the PM. I don't have enough posts to reply directly. The DVD will be great. I will get a check off to you.
