    with practice it should not even take you that much time, if you have ever build up a 80% the time is cut in half assembling and dis assembling

    Taped vice grips are perfect for the roll pins.

    tools similar to ak front sight pushers are best for roll pins especially the triggerguard roll pins cause you are not banging on the aluminum, guess large vise grips would do the same job, probably even better for the roll pin for the mag release

    my actual trick for the roll pins on the BHO & such are a very small piece of rubber tube... you put it halfway onto the roll pin& the drift punch your going to set it with....

    this lets it hold it for you so that you can start it with just 2 hands & avoid scratching anything or getting of center. works every time.
