Ak, barrel to press in & out, jig or tool source?
Is any one selling a tool or jig to use with a 12 ton press to remove the AK rear trunion pins, install and remove the barrel relatively safely? Someone mentioned somewhere that XEBEC sold such a tool? if not him anyone else? Thanks
Xebec on Gunsnet is who made mine... I don't know if he goes by any other names on other boards though..
If you have a press and a vise all you need is a pulley puller from autozone #25190. The press is all you need to put the barrel back in. When you say pins on the rear trunion, you mean rivits? Drill throught he center of them and punch them out.

His barrel press kit is awesome, It also includes the tools to press out the barrel pin.
Thanks guys, you have been a big help.
I've got the Xebec press kit and can't imagine building without it!
That said, mbadboyz i've never seen a barrel pressed in like that before but it looks pretty straightforward. I may give that a try, as much as I like my press kit, using it to push the barrel back in is a pain "for me".
