9mm should work with a spacer welded in the mags and slight mods (like the 9mm tokarev mags have) they would technically be long enough for .45 but might be difficult to get them to feed reliably in a staggered configuration but that's just my opinion, maybe ppsh41 mags would be easier mod, they are double stack that narrows to single stack at the top

Also Czech vz 24/26 mags might be fun to play with they are 7.62x25 but straight like Uzi mags

Just curious.... has anyone tried loading .45acp rounds into the PPS-43 mags ???? The .45acp is a bit shorter than the 7.62x25mm round but of course fatter diameter.

    A PPS-43 clone in .45acp would be a fun item !!!

I did the same test with my pps43 mags and .40 S&W rounds. They feed nice by hand. Not sure how many they would hold though.
    Enforcement, NOT Amnesty!!!!!!

"If they’re going to come here illegally, apply for & receive assistance through a corrupted Government agency encouraging this lawless behavior, work under the table & send billions of dollars each year back to their families in Mexico, while bleeding local economies dry, protest in our streets waving their Mexican flags DEMANDING rights, while I have to press ’1′ for English, then they need to be shipped back to where they came from!" -Chad Miller

    Hey 2nd American ,
I don't know why I didnt think of a .40 cal ( DOH !) was it easy to do or did you just try out the mags & rounds, if you did rebuild the whole gun in a 40 what did you use for parts if ya dont mind me asking? ,,,,Do
