Default does anyone do any wood for revolver grips?

I can't. I can make a beautiful piece of almost done grips look like a 2x4 real quick.love wood but metal is all I can work with.

Looking for something like the old roper style but flush with the grip bottom .as in concealment carry. Thanks!

You may just need to practice more bud,,those you almost have to make yourself to get a good comfy fit to you're fingers/hand. It's also going to be hard cause someone would really need the gun to be able to get a nice clean custom fit to the gun,,

and I thought I was the only one left that still liked them,,guess not.

I've been liking the Houge's pretty well for that, but got to admit,,wood sure does look allot nicer IMO too. Just do some searches and see what you can find available, you just might find just the ticket for what you're looking for on the interweb,,,,, lots of shit out there now,,you got the bucks,, you can damn well bet someone has just the thing your looking for.

twa friend of mine I'm actually gonna keep a Taurus ! Just hard to get used to them rubber grips. Odd but not on that little 642 smith. They at least fit the gun and the hand. Once you know to put your thumb on the hump back every thing else falls in line. Thanks bro!

Those you should be able to find right off the rack someplace, possibly even from Smith & Wesson themselves.

Yes they do have them, I just looked and there's is a whole section on there home sight with a bunch of different wood grips available, check it out , they may have just what you're looking for ,there's a pretty good selection.
