Well, the weather here in the midwest was 70+ today so I expect I'll hear an update. Right?

    Well,
Went out to the mail today and there it was.
The arm from hell, Mike sent my new arm and some xtras.
It took awhile, but looks like it is going to be strong and hold up against my press when doing the rivets.
Never did find out what was up with the communication, but can tell he is trying hard to catch up with us.
    Thanks Mike
    German

Got mine too, I'll do a pictorial review as soon as I get a chance I'll build a rommy G or AMD 65 with it. I have a suggestion for the long rivet arm too which will improve function.

Default Improved jig available this month.

I think I have the folks who needed replacement rivet arms squared away now - if someone with one of my jigs still needs one, please let me know and I'll get one built for you. I publically apologize to German and Meyerse for the wait they had, and their patience. It was a heck of a winter....

For those in the market for a new jig, I'm in the middle of making a new batch of them and should be able to start shipping them out by the end of the month. These are an improved design, with a stronger alloy steel press arm (4340 alloy steel), replaceable rivet anvils, and a powder coat finish. These jigs will do front and rear (long) rivets, center support rivets, and will reach in to do underfolder rear rivets.

I'll have 10 available - they are nearly complete right now, and I'll be starting to ship next week.

I'll get the new upgraded arm built for you this coming week, since I'll be in jig-building mode. No charge.
