Really! I wondered how mine stopped, there's nothing in the usual place. Milled out of or machined into the receiver side? Looks almost like it'd have to be machined in. Else, it'd be something like that cartoon where an entire tree is whittled down into one toothpick.

drill a hole press a pin in. I had thought that was going to be a bolt release lever or a rivet head to keep the BHO lever against the receiver wall.
