4th the first thing I thought was you needing that to clear out a shooting spot in the woods.

I was thinking with the right chain saw blade you could cut holes in steel doors, take pad locks off and assorted other use's. Urban house clearing might get a hole lot easier.

I just don't know how some folks can spend so much on there guns and beat them up so badly?
It IS pretty damn neat though, especially if you dress it right up. This is the perfect (receiver)
for a tricked out build IMHO . Hell a nice stainless bull barrel, a free float with laser cut flames and all that kinda fancy stuff would really make it something even more unique looking.

I suspect this won't end up being an "econo build" either.
Yea, econo build it aint. Just sent $1200 to the boys at JP. Another $600 or so for stock and fore end. The Jack and a Spikes billet upper kicked in $650 ish. $75 at midway makes the total a number I can't add up.
I'll need a scope mount and scope, that should be under $1400 if I shop hard.
Will it get beat up? Yep.
    Flames? prolly not.
Stainless? yep, but black teflon coated.
I probably should get a bolt carrier too, $220 ish for a bad ass JP carrier.

Hey,,,somebody's got to do it,,I can't always be the one getting talked into something new after all !!!

I agree on the teflon coated barrel, I don't care much for the stainless barrels on a blue /black gun myself either unless you were using a spiral or dimond fluted barrel and everything else was over the top custom to match. Like air brushing the reciever to look realistic,,then maybe then the stainless barrel would look OK, otherwise,,not so much.
