Someone suggested Wasp, but the was an 80's rifle called the Wasp.

How about some Russian names (most taken from forms of Russian martial arts):
    - Borba (Storm Warrior)
    - Skobar
    - Busa

    take care,
    Tec

Yes , we will permanatly attach an extension to the gasblock/frontsite to make it 16 inchs and also it will use a blk furniture set from K-var . The Ace is a add-on and will be an option . [trying to keep the price down]

It'll come under the same reg's a regular AK , it's a 16 inch barrelled rifle with a pistol grip and a detachable 36 rnd magazine . I don't think New York likes the high cap mag's , but to be honest I'm not sure what their law's are. I build the thing's , Blaines [ www.AtlanticFirearms.com ]going to be handleing distribution .

I like the ACE stocks I'd rather have one of those over the fixed. Was is the price on these roughly going to go for?

I love the Ace stock myself , to me it beats them all . Unfortunatly they will add about $150.00 to the price of the rifle .We're going to be able to keep it in the AK-105 - Krinkov price range , I know thats not very exact , but we're still working out prices from our distributors ourselves , Barrel blanks , furniture , all that stuff . This is a brand new gun , not a kit rebuild and parts are definately costing us .

Bobert , The rifle is in the prototype / testing phase so the final configurations have not been determined yet .If it has a flash hider or a collapsing stock it will not be legal in New York, I am sure that Red Jacket could do a custom build to meet the regs in your state . Stay tuned to this thread for more updates on this exciting new addition to the AK family.
