I've seen the out of round axis pin holes on a few Armory FEG receivers they used to sell - mainly on the left hand side. I talked with Andrei regarding this several times. I remember we both speculated that the receiver probably was not secured correctly and as mill bit hit the "chicken feet" during axis pin hole milling caused the receiver to move giving an out of round hole. Also have seen their FEG receivers where the small axis pin holes on the right side of the receiver were not perpendicular to the sidewall by at least 10 degrees - as if the receiver was riding up on the center support rivet and not flat on mill table surface when holes milled. Also have seen many Armory FEG axis pin holes with burrs left. This seems to be a problem they have not overcome for many years now. Just FYI only

Roger that. A deburring tool is like $4 new.

Guys, I built on TWO of the Global 1mm this wkend in 5.45, and all I can say is WOW!!! Everyone at the GA build party got a good look at them...they are NICE receivers. I had no fit issues, like with OOW, no hardening issues (dang thing is tough!!!) They are great builds. I am super impressed with the Global 1mm receiver. I also had the bur problem, but an Axis pin cleaned that up really fast

I agree it looks good with the exception of the front lip and the stepped rail.
If He does correct those issues, it looks like a decent platform to build from.
    The dimple wouldn't concern me.

Hopefully by the end of this week the Eubanks receiver will be built as a pistol, and the GT1.0 will be built as a rifle. Both are AMD65's.
I don't see any issues with the build itself.

I am not knocking the GT receiver one bit. To set the record straight, I bought 27 of them because as of RIGHT NOW they are the BEST receivers out there.
But if the EUBANKS is updated with the changes I suggested, then it will be on the SAME level as the GT 1.0

I think that between the 2 receivers, they will push OOW out of the receiver market.

If OOW would raise the selector hole and offer the park service they could stay in it. GT is heavily back ordered right now, and JoeKen's reforming (hopefully for real) But if not then their is still room in the market for another receiver maker. I got to see flats in action this wkend and all I can say is that isn't for me, lol

The out of round was on the RS hammer hole. I was a little disappointed.
