here are a few pics. thanks for answering my ?'s tthe past 2 days. i know there were many:)









i plan on refinishishing the wood while i wait for the kasenit to arrive and practice the shepards hook:)

thanks again for all the advice and input. i have about 10 hrs in this one. not to bad for a first one i guess. these are not as easy as they seem. alot of trial and error and minor fitting which sucks up the time.

i plan to park this one and gunkote as soonas i know she runs good.

Looks good to me! :thumbup1:

The more of these home builds I see the more tempted I get to take the plunge.

Funny thing about those Hungarian 'I' grips, I don't really care for them without the matching forend grip but when they're paired up I think they look awesome. All you need now is a 100 round Chicom drum for some heavy-duty bumpfire action!

thanks alot guys, without your help and posts it still would be on the bench.

i used toolwise:

plinkers rivet press
xebec barrel press
7.62x39 trigger guard tool

all worked excellent, good job guys:) without these it would have been a real PITA:)
