OK, Just when I thought I had the whole .223 vs 5.56mm thing figured out, I get another curve ball.
I'm looking to build a 24" varminter, I was thinking about using a Rock River upper half.
All their Varminter's are chambered for .223 Wylde.
I have heard of the .223 Wylde before, but I always thought it was a wildcat round.
What's the deal with it? will it chamber mil. surp. correctly?
