Ak-builder jig borrow.

I have a new ak-builder flat bending die set that I won't be using for a while so I would like to let the members on gunco try it out for a few days so they can bend some flats , if you are having a build party that would be great :).
I only need $20 for shipping and if you want you can donate $5 to gunco. I also need an e-mail address , a phone number and the member must have at least 2 positive Itrader reports , this is all so I don't get the jig stolen from me. I will not write down or memorize your e-mail or phone number , I will keep it in the PM you send me and once the jig is returned I will delete the PM. If you have any questions or you need pictures of the jig I can help you with that :). The first one to say I'll take it gets it.:)

Very kind of you! I have to order some flats first.

Thanks.
Very nice of you. HOWEVER, you really should bend your own flats first, as many of the loaner/rental tools don't have a very long life..or so it seems.

I already did :). But I can tell you one thing this jig takes so little pressure to do its job that you could probably (although I wouldn't recommend it) get it to bend flats with a door frame some 2x4s and a car screw jack . Plus you can bend about a dozen flats within an hour and they are "The Best" perfectly coined and everything :)

No , sorry . I was going to later. I wish I could help you out with that.
No problem. Just wondering with the new Yugo flats out there.

Forget about the Itrader thing. If you want to borrow the jig I will still need your phone number and e-mail address :).
I would like to rent this but I don't have enough posts to message you yet.
Still available?
I need it for a polish underfolder flat.
Quick question, Can you press a flat if the receiver rails are already installed?
Sent you an e-mail to see if I can borrow the jig again.

Thanks.
I'd like to borrow it if we could get the fixture to press yugo bulged flats. If I could get just that part, I'd even donate it.
It's worth a call, I believe Curtis has sold the punch separately in the past.
