Are there any Romak-3 templates out there?

It says "They come with the template and instructions."
I wonder how their rails look? And it?s nice they have a choice of thickness (.040 & .064) and upgrades to 4130 steel.

Interestingly enough, the PSL blank comes with a square end, you have to cut it for the "moon cut". One of my thoughts was whether one could leave it square cut, rivet in the rear trunnion, and use normal stamped AK buttsocks with a regular pistol grip or not. Coldsteal thought it may work but wasn't sure. There are some nice synthetic handguards on Dragonov.com for the PSL and I thought that they would look great combined with pistol grip and buttstock topped off with a rock'n Duracoat paintjob.

Seems like building one would be identical in procedure to the AK. Rail placement dependant upon lug slots in the trunion, etc. We are after all talking about a re-calibered AK after all.

Heck it's $40 what have I got to lose? Will have to order one of them soon. Are Romak kits "abundant" or are they drying up yet?

I think they are still pretty abundant, try Centerfire, thats who I am planning on getting my kit from.
