I prefer 1911's and thought this accessory for Glocks is a bit too much.

Geez, what will they think of next? I thought the Glock's "main claim to fame" besides the Tupperware frame was the "safe action" system that is safe to carry without a manual safety? If I wanted something to do the same thing with a lot lower profile and essentially "automatic", I'd get one of those little plastic/rubber bloacks that go between the trigger and frame. Blocks the trigger from moving, but the trigger finger knocks it loose when the firing grip is made.
