Bullpup Norinco 86s

I saw this gun at a gunshow on Saturday. The guy had it sitting really close to him next to some really expensive guns and I asked him about it. He said that there were only around 500 of these imported and they were the best of the best bullpups. He let me pick it up and I was a bit impressed with the bullpup conversion. He had it priced at around $1700. Someone want to give me the scoop on it? Is it one of the best imported bullpup AK's? What would one really go for?

That sounds about right as far as price goes. It's the only imported bullpup I've ever heard of and as always there is probably some other obscure importer that brought them in also.

The good ole' days....

I came very close to buying a real Dragunov back in 92' for $600 and thought it was too much.

I remember seeing a table of SVT 40's for $120 and thinking they look too long and weird.

I sold an M1 carbine for $125 bucks.

Enfields for $40 bucks, but they looked 100 years old or something.

I did get a few things back in the good ole' day, but I sold most of it off too.

Yup, the dumb ole' days for me.......
