Cash for guns program just Chicago's latest misstep

The turn in your gun event is the latest bit of misdirection by city hall. They want you to think that gang leaders, bank robbers and criminals are surrendering their weapons and that by Saturday night Chicago will be a safer place.What is more likely to happen on Saturday night is that doped up thieves, pickpockets and other miscreants will have a few thousand potential victims walking around with prepaid MasterCards in their pockets.
