Century US gas piston?

I bought a used US century gas piston a few years ago and decided I wanted to use it in a current build. When I bought it I was told it was a US gas piston but now I can't find and distinguishing markings. Is there a way to tell by gas piston rings or something?

If it's stainless steel, its a USA part. Century didn't mark all of their parts.

If it's non-magnetic, it's a US part.

The communists used chrome plated carbon steel in their pistons.
