Has anybody gotten a FPK parts kit from CFS yet? I just found out that they have an offering of FPK kits for sale with an NDS receiver option if you want one. Just testing the waters here!

yes, I got 2 of them , my kits still had barrel pin, kits looks great and receiver looks good, scope rail looks kind of ....cheap looking ?
The PSL scope rail IS cheap! :D It is spot welded on in so many places you have to really grind to get them off. Also won't accept SVD-style mounting by default, you have to cut a notch to make the SVD rails mount up properly.

HOWEVER did you notice they are selling the correct Romy 4x scopes for $50!?!?!?!? I may buy one of those just because!

I saw those too and seriously considered getting one.

FWIW CFS has been working real hard to clean up their image as the "junk" retailer. My friend's recent AR15 purchase from them turned out to be a real nice rifle. Their recent FAL builds for sale have been getting "I can't believe it came from Century" remarks. Overall I think their QC is improving.
The scope is $50 only with purchase of the kit.
i have got a lot of excellent ar-15 stuff from them including billet uppers and lowers for insanely little money.

then i did get some rommy kits that look like they were salvaged from the red-october sub that sank. but they didn't cost much and they were mostly usable.

you go get some very good deals from time to time from CFS.
I'd seen the Cigur builts w/o scope, all ready to shoot, for $449 a couple of months. Don't know if they're still available at that price.
Yes I ordered one it'll be here the 28th. :nanabang: good deal if the kit is complete.. B2B
kits are complete , and Cigur builts w/o scope are hell of deals too, I got 2 of each
Bluejack,
Are the muzzle brakes welded or pinned on? I went ahead & ordered a kit & a scope as spare parts & to use the scope on previously built FPK's! Watch these sell out fast, IF they are as good as the TGI offerings back in November of last year. Good score for you!
Illya,
I had to send my girlfriend to the Arizona territory to get this deal. She said if I bought anymore guns or kits, that she was leaving Florida to go back to Arizona. She just called saying that she had passed into Mississippi from Alabama on I-10. I hope this is a really good kit, since I didn't get a discount for the loss of a good grilfriend....:eek:bsessed::eek:bsessed:

Now you can spend the $$$ on firearms that you would have spent on her :nanabang:

If I ever get divorced again, I'm gonna stick with hookers. Cheaper for the occasional joy session and you can get a wide variety. Also, as you get older, they will stay in their 20s and when your finished with them for what you're after, they leave and go away. It's a better deal all the way.
These here semi Suomi's look tempting to me;
Suomi 9mm Semi-Auto Rifle Part #RIFLE-SUOMI

I have a half dozen kits, but...........
Illya,
You are spot on there! She couldn't understand why one gun wasn't enough for any one person.

I'll avoid the hookers even though they look good at the get go. Friends with benefits will be more my forte as less problems there with all the creepy crawlies out there.

Back to the building processes!:nanabang:
