Chicago: A gun for grandpa

Chicago is deciding whether to prosecute a great grandfather and Korean War veteran under its handgun ban. He refused to be a victim, and now there's one less armed thug roaming the streets. What's the problem?

Actually, they can't do a damned thing to him except refuse to return his gun. In 2004 the state legislature overrode Blago's veto and passed the “Hale DeMar Act" which gives immunity to local gun ban laws to people shooting in self defense. Of course, Obama voted on the no side. TWICE!
