Just received an RPK shell from him, looks good though tight fit for the RPK front trunion I have, but should be good with a little filing. Now it is off to Childers for heat treating.

Took about four weeks to get it; charged my CC on 2/9/15, received today 3/13/15. His site does say to be patient or do not order; all good things come to he who waits, yukedy, yuk!

Cold Steel was my favorite for many years. He would do fun stuff for me for next to nothing. I sent him a payment once and added $50 to it out of sheer appreciation, and he sent it back saying he did not deserve extra for the mods.

If I was still building AKs, I would buy the shells from Cold Steel.
