Colorado: Insta-Check bill moves

The Colorado Bureau of Investigation would continue conducting firearm background checks, known as Insta-Check, under a bill that passed out of the House yesterday.Gun rights enthusiasts have blasted Insta-Check as being unnecessary and costly, while gun control activists praise the state background check as a way to prevent gun related tragedies in Colorado.
