I have an M44 and 91/30.

On Saturday at Knob Creeek I helped another member pick out an M44 and 91/30 from the Coles Distributing tent for his first purchases of these types.

For the money and power you cannot go wrong if you get a good one an tune it. My Dad has an M44 that is awesome even shooting Czech surplus ammo. 2 inch groups at 125 which grat for surplus ammo.

Hey, SangRun! Long time no talk to.
Well, I've been working on my MN collection a bit, although my Mauser collection seems to be faring better. I now have two 91/30s, 3 M44 and the creme de la creme, a Finn M28 that I picked up for $50. I have a Butler Monte Carlo style stock for which I'm searching for a donor rifle. I won't use a complete milsurp. I'm kinda hoping to find one that Bubba already got ahold of for that project.:D

Hey! How you been man! Glad to have ya over to the new house :D

Don't worry we have rule not to admonish people too bad for doing the Bubba thing. I like to use different stocks on some of my C&R rifles just for ease of shooting. I have developed a bad shoulder and a different stock can help that.

This is my Dad's M44 and I have one in the process that looks similar. Both were counter bored barrels and in need of some work.

My 91/30 stays the way it is!

Got a few of each model. At the prices they are going for, why not! Have just one Finn M39 though and would like to get a couple more. A guy named Neil West did a professional clean up job on it for me and it looks awesome. Will try to post a pic when I get some time. GG

Of all my C&R bolt guns, my Mosins are my favorites. I've got only re-arsenaled ones, so that they were in top shape.
Simplicity, and beauty at its finest with these fine rifles.

I've got a 91/30, M38, M44 and just got a new 91/59 which is almost perfect.

I am low on ammo and need to get some soon, hopefully at the local show this weekend.
Man, I told the guys on the fire dept., if my place ever catches fire just stand way back. It will be popping for two weeks, or go into orbit. I got ammo!!!!:) :)
