A couple of weeks ago I got a letter telling me that I was getting a Census form.
A waste of our money!!!!!

Then I got the Census form, filled it out and sent it in.
That was a week ago!

Today I got a post card reminding me to fill out the Census form, that I mailed a week ago, and reminding me that,
"Your response to the U.S. Census Bureau is required by law."

Another waste of our money!!!
How in the Hell do those idiots in Washington justify the CONSTANT waste of out hard earned money for crap like this?

They might as well have sent letters saying.
"You're going to be screwed."

"Here's your screwing."

"Don't forget that you've been screwed."

I hear ya mike. I was also one of the "lucky" ones to get the community survey questionaire. Complete waste of time and money if you ask me. And whats w/ asking what race and such I am? I'f everyone is supposed to be equal all they should ask is how many folks live at this address.
I got one today also.I took my blood pressure meds this morning so I'm OK.
I had to laugh the other day at the census forms hanging in the little plastic bags left on the front doors of the abandoned and otherwise uninhabited houses around here.

Tax dollars put to good use obviously ...

I got all that, then got ANOTHER copy of the first letter, followed by another Census form. Luckily the second form was the short one without the unconstitutional questions, so the first one went in the shredder.
Thanks, you reminded me to put that in the mail :D
What a frigging joke.
If your Black,your alright.
If your brown, stick around.
If your white your fu#ked.
So send in your Census report, and keep your mouth shut.
Heh, until this year, in 57 years I have NEVER

been summoned for jury duty

received a census.

This year I did receive the short form census. I suppose jury duty is next week

It's worse than that. My friend who is doing the census said they had to hang bags on ALL the doors, even if they are abondoned. Then they are going to send someone else out to check why those censuses wern't done. Lordy, lordy! What idiots!
I also had some old fart come to my door awhile back & asked if I lived here.
While he was staring down at my " Come Back With a Warrant" doormat, I asked if he worked for Acorn. He just mumbled something & left.
Got the postcard for the second set of forms today.
I filled out the constitutionally required information-How many people live in the household. I am expecting additional visits that I can use my newly assembled kit to defend my constitutional rights and tell them that they have no right to be on my property tresspassing without a warrent. Obama has done a wonderful thing making people aware of constitutional rights and how much the government doesn't do what we don't let them. :rockin:
Yes, one question, one answer. By Constitutional law.
Otay now, they've GPSed your home. They've managed con you into to registering damn near everything In your home and even in the yard. (that's what those little cards are that come with the stuff you buy guys. that 'warantee card' IS in some ones computer somewhere.)
Do we have any LEGITIMATE change in the U.S. Constitution for these invasive questions?
I've read alot of crap put out by the control grid justifying them but nothing legit.

Not to sound like a dumbass.........

but.........

Which questions are unconstitutional? I ask this because I do believe the census can do good; but in the current form, I feel it's getting intrusive!
Didn't they used the CENSUS to round up Japanese-Americans,Italians,and Germans and put them in camps in the US during WWII.....hmmm...how about that....I wonder who they are rounding up now..."UNDOCUMENTED WORKERS?"

Do you think your whatever left gov't don't know where or what you do? Kinda scary huh?

Census Is For Counting Not Prying

Categories: Archived Columns, Columns by Chuck Baldwin

The constitutional requirement for the Census is found in Article. I. Section. 2. Paragraph. 3. “The actual Enumeration shall be made within three Years after the first Meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within every subsequent Term of ten Years, in such Manner as they shall by Law direct.”

The purpose of the Census is that of counting the US population in order to apportion among the states the number of representatives in the US House of Representatives. That’s it. Nothing more. Nothing less.

There is nothing in the Constitution requiring or even suggesting questions regarding race, ethnicity, whether one owns or rents his or her home, income status, disability status, education, or anything of the sort. The only purpose of the Census is to count the US population. Anything beyond that is nothing more than an intrusive government prying and snooping into our lives: something the federal government is doing with greater and greater frequency and intensity these days.

As to the phrase, “[As] they shall by Law direct,” Paul Galvin rightly notes, “This language merely goes to the mechanics of the counting (who will do it; when it is to be done; how, when results are to be reported; and so forth); it does not enlarge what may be counted. Constitutionally the only permitted enumeration is the number of people in the United States. Why? Because that count is the determinant for apportionment and therefore the only pertinent information needed.”

See Galvin’s column at:

For the 2010 Census: Name and Address Only by Paul Galvin

In the original Census of 1790, the information requested was simply the number of persons in each household and the name of the head of each family. That’s it. Accordingly, when I filled out my Census form earlier this week, the only information I provided was my name (as the head of my household) and the number of people living in my home. The rest of it I left blank.

Furthermore, the idea that the information gathered about us via the unconstitutional and invasive Census form will not be shared with anyone is so ludicrous it is laughable. The federal government passes around virtually everything it learns about us to any number of departments and agencies. Does anyone really believe that all the information obtained with this unconstitutional Census form will be locked away in a vault somewhere, never to be used or shared? What a crock! Why, the federal government cannot even ensure that its own employees will abide by its own rules.

The census worker who stopped by my house to drop off the plastic bag with census envelope inside asked about some of the camps/cabins along my road. I told her they weren't occupied (except for a few during hunting season) and haven't been in ten years. I walked up the road the following day. A bag was hung on every door or gate. Every one. Nothing like putting a sign out saying "No one home. Please break in".
A strong gust of wind at night should remove those bags so as not to alert any one, with less than honest intents, that the places are unoccupied.
Nothing like putting a sign out saying "No one home. Please break in".
no kidding. do they even have the right to hang stuff on your door?? isnt that tresspassing or littering or something??

I got the letter saying the Census was arriving.

I got the Census forms. and filled it out and mailed it. I listed my Race as Conehead...My name is Beldor I am from France!

I got the follow up letter saying Please mail in your Census form. Three freaking letters when one would have sufficed? What a waste of taxpayer money.

I mailed it in with a return reciept. The post office said I had to pay postage (even though it was in a postage prepaid envelope) in addition to the return receipt fee and asked why I wanted to do that. I relpied I wanted to do that based on past experience. I explained, in the last Census I mailed in the crap. The govt showed up at my door and claimed they didnt receive it, and had 30-40 extra questions, I said THIS TIME I made a copy of what I mailed. I will get a return reciept for confirmation of delivery.

When some Acorn sponsored gummit dweeb shows up AT MY RANCH`, I just show him the copy, the return receipt, rack my shotgun, and tell the hired hands to lock and load before informing the gummit dweebs to get the heck off my land. I would add, in fine Texas fashion...Dont go away angry, just go Away! Ya All come back now, real soon, ya hear?

Sound like a Plan?
