lower comes with the tower already threaded for the buttstock, and both sides of the lower are "dimpled" showing you where to drill the holes for the crosspins. No drill jig is needed,no tap, no lathe for threading the tower. It's well worth the extra $60 he charges, over the other junk 80% lowers that are available.
