I'm still confused. The more I read, the less I know. On our "Builds" (AMD 65,Polish underfolder, etc.) is it legal to have the folders? Is my post-ban Mini-14 or my SKS legal now with folders?
you could allways have had the folder it is just when the ban was on you had to weld it either open or closed. now you no longer have to weld it ,, the ban is over.
