I'm new here too, but would love to build one. Especially with a jig that would help reduce a lot of the problems associated with bending a typical flat.
I don't mean to build too much suspense, but we absolutely refuse to rush this and sell something that is crappy. If you know any tool and die makers, then you know what I am talking about.
Please don?t put me in for the jig, I use Ace blanks. I just had a question. Don?t you need to bend the upper rails first? (See original picture in this post) And will your final design have that feature?
