What size holes do you guys drill for the front trunnion? Thanks to SangRun Hunter's advice, I was able to drill through pefectly with a small bit and line up the holes with the trunnion. I was thinking of using my round needle file to open the hole up to about .195. Is this about the right size to open them up to?

7.62...I appreciate the advice. I ended up opening them up a little more and then used a round needle file to make that perfect fit. I took a little while, but the #8 screws I'm using to temporarily hold them fit nice and snug The only problem that I've run into is that after I tightened down the front trunnion from all of the holes, it actually moved my fron trunnion a little forward. Now, it protrudes from the front of my receiver a hair or two. When you place the handguard in place, it is actually pushing it out a little. Prior to fitting the screws, everything was fine. It makes me want to believe, my holes weren't perfect and i might consider "egging" the hole a little toward the rear of the receiver to move the trunnion back a little. Or, I guess I could grind that little bit of trunnion off that protrudes and repaint. What do you gusy think is going on, and what would you do?
