I only watch hockey in the Olympics

Hockey. Great game. I used to work up in the Boston Garden. Got to meet all the greats from the 70s.
Bobby Orr all those old greats.
I used to sit in my buddies bar where the Bruins all hung out across from the Garden.
Sat with Phil Esposito and got too talk hockey for hours. Phil is a class act guy.
Used to love watching Rocket Richard skate. He would barley move his legs and be going 90 m.p.h.
Still trying to figure out how the hell he did that.

Yep ; those were the days. My grand dad started taking me to Redwings games in the mid sixties. Only six teams in the NHL until "67". No helmets, goalie masks, or big glass around the rink. That's when men were men I'll tell ya! Even folks in the stands got teeth knocked out from flying pucks!! Now they have teams where they don't even have ice in the winter. I don't quite get that. Must be greed, like NASCAR nowadays.

Yeah shit..I turned it off before it was over. it was easy to see that Arizona was playing like they wanted to win
& redwings sucked today. Go Coyotes!!!
