Chief Justice William Rhenquist, age 80, is battling thyroid cancer. Obviously, he can't be expected to serve much longer. Many believe that the next President will appoint 4 Justices to the 9 member Court.

If Kerry is elected, most agree that Hillary's chance to run for President in 2008 will be gone, unless she switches parties! Whoa! That would be ugly. Kerry would likely appoint her to the Supreme Court, probably as Chief Justice. Perhaps, other vacancies would be filled by Teddy Kennedy, Chuck Schumer, or Dianne Feinstein? It's scary.

Kerry would appoint as Attorney General someone with a very different view of the Second Amendment. than John Ashcroft, who recognizes it is an individual right.

Supreme Court? Hell? Around here we?ve heard that Bill Clinton wants to take leadership of the UN and rumors are that he?ll then put Hillary in charge of the World Bank. So I guess their need for power reaches beyond the United States and now endangers the whole world. I hope that other countries can see her as a threat to the world economy and will oppose such an appointment.

If Komrade Kerry is selected, Fineswine will be Atty. General.. I don't think Hillary can be appointed as Cheif Justice, not sure though.. Bill will be supreme commander of the world.. The bloodshed will be horrific, and hopefully our great grandchildern will live in a truley free society???
