Man, what a great looking hunk of metal.
WOW!!! I love HK stuff! Thats beautiful!!

Are you going to keep it full length or shorten it? I would love to build on of these based on the HK21

I am going to keep it as is, I may build a sear pack for it though. It is the most expensive gun I own and don't want to screw it up!!!
Seriously sweet!
Full auto?
it is semi, but I have a full auto trigger pack I can register to use with it if I decide to.
Could you take picture of the feed mechanism? I have always wanted to see how that system worked.
Stan, That's Nice!

Does it swap barrels like the MG42? Is it an obvious child of that design?
I will post photos of it as son as I get it, I am sending the last payment monday.

Yes, Winn, the bbls are quick change. it is a basic g3 type design, delayed rollere lock unlike the mg42 where the bbl moves back to unlock the bolt.
Wow that is awesome.. Stan if you want too save on shipping costs. Me and the boys aint doing nothing.
Hell we can go pick it up for you.
I promise we wont drink and we wont fire it even once. :)
I'd like to see pics of the internals as well. I forget how the -21 feed mechanism is built but if I recall correctly it was a really spartan setup with few moving parts.
the gun was supposed to ship today, I can't wait to get my hands on it!! the feed is a rotor I think and fairly simple. one of the main reasons I bought it was to study the feed system and see if it can be adapted to other guns.
