Moving the table of my 20 ton press is such a pain when pressing barrels, riveting, bending flats and pinning, that I stuck an air operated lift cylinder on it. I guess I have to put some kind of regulator on it, because i just about launched the table!

flow controll valve on the return line.. basicaly a needle valve. regulator will drop pressure but not realy solw the flow. it will only slow the speed by weakening the piston's force, with a flow controll you will still have full power and be able to accuratly adjust the speed. also a smoother movement, I bet a flow controll will cost less too.. what a deal
