Well you knew it was going to happen, so do you think they will ever bring him or her to trial?
I think no one will be able to arrest Putin until the war is over so all it does is make Putin keep the war going until he is out of office or almost dead.
Ms Maria Alekseyevna Lvova-Belova on the other hand could get tossed under the proverbial buss just to give the ICC someone to put on trial.
