In response to all the illegals that fly the mexican flag on US soil. How about this?

Mexican flag burning day in all 50 states.

These illegals want to be citizens some much all they ever do is fly the mexican flag whenever they can. Shows me how much they really want to be Americans.

Im not racist by any means but I AM A PATRIOT! I know that is a bad word now a days because the governement, the mexicans and the shitty media all believe if you love your counrty and speak out then you must be a racist.

Here's my protest over the illegals boycott of AZ I say we have a good old fashion flag burning.

Get pictures of the mexican flag burning in all 50 states! You want to put your flag above mine in my country, I burn yours! Freedom of speech!!!! Let's use it!!!

Why is it okay to be stopped at a DUI roadblock to see if your drunk, and yet checking to see if your an illegal is racist?

Pride of one's origin is a natural thing and if flying a flag makes someone happy, who are we to piss on their parade. After all, this is America. Find something valid to gripe about other than a stupid flag waving contest...

As stated in;

Title 4 of the United States Code

No person
shall display the flag of the United Nations or any other national or international flag equal, above, or in a position of superior prominence or honor to or in place of the flag of the United States or any Territory or possession thereof:

It seems that displaying ANY nations flag in a position superior to The American Flag is a Federal Felony.
I wonder if, or when, the current Administration will enforce the laws of The United States.
I recall that the POTUS took an oath to do exactly that.
You don't suppose that he will violate his oath, do you? :grumble:

O Tay.. How about you head over too Iran and walk down the street with an American flag.
When your done there. Head on over too Syria and do the same.
The State Department has set up a program to attack computer sites that are not conducive too his way of thinking.
You know kind of like guys like Stalin, Hitler, Castro, Chavez, people like that like to do.
How long you been working for them?
Now I will cede the point on the flag waving.
St. Patricks day we wave the Irish flag. Columbus day we wave the Italian flag. Fine, wave the flag, celebrate, then put it away.
I have no problem with LEGAL Mexican Americans waving the Mexican Flag on Mexican holidays. Again. Then it is respectively folded and put away.
But when High School kids are sent home for wearing the American Flag too an AMERICAN high school on a Mexican holiday.
That Sir is crossing the line.
It is quite obvious you were never in the Service.
Every nation in the world shed blood for the ability too wave their nations flag.
Here In America we shed our heros blood for the ability to stand with pride, when old glory goes up the flag pole.
When I am visiting other nations. I stand out of respect for their Nations flag raising.
Do you Sir stand when old glory is raised?
Or is it just a "Stupid flag waving contest?"

Just to remind EVERYONE here that this DOES NOT apply to The Lone Star TEXAS!!! We fly the Texas Flag Proudly and higher than any flags!!! I say its time to SUCCEED.

There is nothing more beautiful then seeing the United States of America Flag flying high everyday going to work...the flag is what gives US soldiers the will and courage to fight for freedom despite of death....without our flag we be speaking German now and do you think the German allow Mexicans in their country illegally and flying the Mexican flags? Why don't you open up your backyard and let some illegals temporary camp there and fly the Mexican flags too? I would gladly pay you $100 clams to see that show.

You Sir, are entirely correct!

The Federal law does not prohibit ANY State flag from being flown equal to, or higher than, the US flag.
This was done in deference to the fact that The States formed the Federal Government, NOT the other way around.
It does, however prohibit the flag of ANY other nation from being flown above the US flag.

Back in the dark ages of the 50's when I had to walk to school all the time ,up hill both ways fighting off the rattlesnakes and stepping over the cactus.,I learned to respect my American flag. It's my flag and I am still proud of it and what it stands for. I learned to correctly fold a flag before I was 10. My flag never touched the ground. When it got dirty and ripped I folded it and took it to the legion or vfw, and once a year they had a flag burning ceremony. Civilians couldn't wear the my flag on their clothes, let alone across their fat butts. The only place in these United States where a flag from another country was flown was at the U.N.

I think there should be a manditory class on flag edicate. English should constitutionally my country's language. If a legal or illegal commits a crime against my flag they should be punnished just like a rapist or murderer.

One of out problems and most of us are to blame is freedom isn't free it costs blood. Right 4th? How many names are on the wall?

P.S. In grade school we said the pledge of allegiance every day. And I went to a catholic school.

So remind me, again, as to why they have the glorious rights of free speech when they are not a naturalized citizen of the United States of America?

If they have those rights in mexico, then let them exercize them in that country. But if they are violating law in the united states by living here without proper clearance and paperwork and not paying into the taxes that help build the world currently under their feet, I don't think they have much room to bitch about this. If they're citizens, then sure, I'd lend them a shoulder to cry on. Much like the .gov hammering down on any of us for not puting $50 extra worth of parts in an AK, would I be upset for getting into any sort of trouble for this? I guess so, but atleast I'd expect it, man up, and stfu. So how come they can break the law, but we're supposed to let them be and treat them with kid gloves so that they can be happy, as we can't offend them HEAVEN FORBID. OH MY GOD.

What if romanian trigger groups make me really fucking happy? Huh! How come I can't get the same treatment? Guys, I am sorry for responding late to 4th's comments. First, I served in the USAF from 1980-86 to dispel the rumor I am not as patriotic as the rest of you, I just have different understanding of what patriotism is. The fact that our country is free means anyone can wave anything they want, including George Carlin's prick waving contest which is what this is all about. You that are my detractors are the voices that argue against said freedom to wave one's flag... Gentlemen you are obviously against freedom. I am not in Iran because I like freedom. You are angry with me because I stand up for someone who can't defend themself on this forum and say, yes, this is America and certain freedoms are granted here, and one of them is the ability to fly whatever flag or even a sock should it please them. A voice for intolerance is never in the right...
Does it make a difference if it is a citizen flying a mexican flag or just illegals? How does it change your life and why does it make you angry?
