Kansas: Right to Carry Reform Moves to Governorâs Desk
On Thursday, March 6, Senate Bill 306 successfully passed out of the House and Senate by votes of 103 to 15 and 37 to 2 respectively. The bill now heads to Governor Mark Parkinsonâs (D) desk for his consideration.
