Legal question for everyone

If was standing outside a house that was being robbed and I saw it happening and did nothing would I be in violation of any laws?

Now lets say I know for a fact that several other houses on the same street will be broken into and I do nothing. I know this crime will happen and I tell no one. I still stand there watching it happen. Am I in violation of any law?

If so can I go to jail or at very least be taken to court?

Now move to the big arena.

Obama and the other politians know that illegals (for you shepeople out there that means a crime against the laws of this country) are crossing the border and you do nothing.

Obama and the other lazy politians know that people come accross the border every day in several locations and do nothing knowing this crime will take place. Can they be arrested, for knowledge of a crime??

Second question can Obama be sued for not upholding his oath of office? Protect and server. He certainly is severing out this counrty to others but he is in no way protecting it.

Class action suit against Obama for not upholding his sworn oath of office!
good questions Poobah
in the military if you diddnt hold to your oath it was called derilict of duty and is punishable under the UCMJ now heres another question-since hes technicaly comander in cheif would he fall under UCMJ regs as well?
be interesting to find out
#1 i don't know anywhere in the law that says if you see a crime you have to do anything about it .
Obama is an ass hat
we have had a war on drugs & terrorists for years, and refusing to secure the borders seem like deriliction of duty to me. it also seems like selective enforcement of the law that also could be used by a shyster attorney to free some scum bag.
There is a special process for charging a US President or Federal Judge for violating a law(s). It is called "impeachment". That process covers everything from murder to grab-ass to bogus birth certificates. It is a US Constitutional thing !!!

The way I see it, he is both the foreign AND domestic threat.

Arkansas state law requires you to intercede to stop rape, arson, or murder. You are allowed to use "deadly force" to do so.

As far as I know you have no legal obligations with regard to lesser felonies.

Also, And I am going to qualify this with "I THINK" A sitting president cannot be sued or arrested while in office.

Me too!!! That's what we need- a French style revoltion. Politicans and left wing press need to know we're fed up with their BS
O.K. very good question it is..
I am in on the lawsuit. O.K...
But I just may have too wait a bit. I am already in enough trouble for just firing my weapon into the mud.
Let me wait till the heat is off and I will sign..
Do we have too use our real name and address. :scared:
