Maryland first Bear Hunt in 51 years was stopped after only one day yesterday! The prowess of Maryland hunters was far greater than expected, with 20 bears killed, three more than all of Maryland's drivers were able to do in a year! David Ciscot, a free lance writer, bagged the first bear, an 84 pound female yearling. He said he would have her mounted. Maybe, he'll hang her on his den wall, next to his prize 2 pound bass? :lol:
