Here is my attempt at flat bending.Bend top rails first,Match lower rails to trunnion.(cdef blank) Mig in lower rails then bend the sides.Seems to work OK.
My $5.00 bender won't do the top rails yet,but I'm working on a stiffer holding clamp.Used the Pexto as a proof of concept.Borrowed camera battery went dead.Maybe more pics later.I just think it is easier to put the fillings in the burrito before you roll up the tortilla.Submitted for your approval(or not).:thankyou:

All you need is 3' of 3x3-3/8 angle and a coupla days,some machinery is helpful.

Nice job Pup.

It sure is nice seeing all these new bending jigs coming to life.

Just a few months ago, everything out there was either outrageously expensive, or being sold by less than Honorable folks who collected money and never delivered.

All these new alternatives, are really exciting.

Thanks .I'm just a month old Newbie.Haven't completed any yet.Didn't consider building but the flat thing sounded challenging.I got ideas from ya'll maybe somebody can get some from me.

Sorry,no sales.I do the machine work during off time at work.So no way to produce them.I'm just adding to the big steaming pile of ideas.

I saw this bending jig in action and was awesome. We had a good time with you saturday and worked out great the way the system of bending and welding rails in.

Had a good time myself.Good fun and good eats and a gracious host.Nice to have a meet and greet now and then.

Did you take a look at the pics? Pretty cool, huh? That was some of the best food I have had in a while. How bout them ribs!

Being an old fart I'm not exactly sure what mad game is but I'm going to assume it is a good thing and not a suggestion to get a rabies shot.Thanks.

that was a pretty cool setup you had i didnt get to see all the steps you go threw on bending the flats mayb if we have another party i will pay more attention.
