for two days I've tried to order a new stock set from ironwood designs by e-mail but I don't get a return e-mail acknowledging receipt of my request to order by paypal per their instructions. anyone familiar with them? any experience with them[good or bad] ? thanks.

I hear they're good to deal with and have good quality. Hopefully you've just run into a glitch with them.

nice stuff, I can say first hand . but I think they are too busy sometimes for full customer servise. Honestly I sugest you keep trying a bit more their work is worth it.
