Anyone know where I can find some atleast 30 round clips for my Norinco Mak90 .223 cal? I can't seem to find them. Maybe I am not looking in the right places! I would like to have a 50-55 round clip for the same gun, if anyone knows where to find them.

wickedmedic - I have seen the 5,15, and 30 rounders and have heard of 40 round norinco 223 mags, and seen the drums for sale - but have never seen the 50-55 round mags. I thought there was an ad recently on one of the forums for 30 rounders for sale - so will look around and let you know if I can find the ad.

Maybe someone here will have some for sale, how many mags are you looking for?

Unfortunetly the original steel ones cost $30-$35 each. I've done some fitting on the East German 5.45s so they lock up (they can be had for $5) but you probably need Robarms 5.56 followers to make them really work. Now, having said that I belive the SAR ones in 5.56 do not work but I do NOT know if newer non-romainian (bulgarian) versions work in the Mak.223. The original steel ones are decent (I've got a few) but I think are fairly unique. Anybody else?

Have you tried Galil mags? I had a couple of Chinese .223 mags and I'm pretty sure I got one to fit my Galil so maybe the opposite is true? I don't think I kept the one I didn't mess with but I'll look this weekend and see if I still have it.

Pretty sure the Bulgy mags would fit, since the Chinese is based on the AKM design. NCSHOOTER would know for certain...

Sniper...Just looking for atleast one, maybe two depending on the price. I haven't tried any other mags in the gun only the one that came with it.
