I have recieved two emails in the past week that appear to be from Paypal. The email say you need to update your account info or it will be suspended. The email contains a link that makes you think your linking paypal.com....but it does not. I just happened to notice it in the bottom left hand side of my browswer window you are linking some other site.
I went to paypals website and it is indeed fake. All paypal emails to you will be address to your first and last name...not valued member etc. Take a quick look over the following link. Pass this info along to anyone you know that uses paypal. I'm very cautious with unsolicited email and pay little attention to them but this one almost suckered me into giving out info.
