The Bren. I guess is what yah call it. He has two of them. Both look about the same.
Little surface rust but I guess it could be cleaned up.
I did not check the barrels.
Who used these things? Heavy looking weapons they are.
Give him a call if you are interested. Real nice guy and a good friend of mine.
He is always fair to me on his pricing.

Straight from wikipedia, backed up by "Call of duty" video games:

"The Bren, usually called the Bren Gun, was a series of light machine guns adopted by Britain in the 1930s and used in various roles until 1991. While best known for its role as the British and Commonwealth forces' primary infantry light machine gun (LMG) in World War II, it was also used in the Korean War and saw service throughout the latter half of the 20th century, including the 1982 Falklands War and the 1991 Gulf War. Although fitted with a bipod, it could also be mounted on a tripod or vehicle-mounted."

The Bren kits are sold, I will be building them into guns for sale.
my pop told me when he was in ww2 as part of the free Polish army
there unit had brens and other assorted british weapons then later on in the war they were isued American weapons but they kept the brens ,cause it was easier to shoot from the prone position
The Bren in the pictures appears to be an early import !! The most desireable kind !!

Just in our conversation he mentioned he is selling them since the series Pacific came out.
