It's interesting the way they describe a process that doesn't require any effort. This law was only effective for 10 years-- it just runs out.

Nothing requires lifting.

I've tried to vote on that thing quite a few times and I think the poll has ended. Every time I look at it I see the same results that you just mentioned WINN.
