Polish TT-33

Just recieved a polish TT33 and was comparing it to my Rommy TT-33.To my suprise they both have grip panels that are the same,a star w/RPR in the star.Is this correct or did CAI swap panels on me?????gunut

Could be... maybe they had a bunch already cut for the stupid safety. Here's a pic of some originals:

Do you remember if the crappy one you sent back had the same grips?

I had same one in with FB marks in 1946, these are nice polish TT
